    Shipping Information

    Shipping is a flat $5.00 (within the 48 contiguous states only) additional shipping applies for Hawaii and Alaska.  If you are an international customer and are interested in any of our products, please contact us at admin@shophollydays.com for assistance.

     

     

    We use USPS and UPS for ground shipping.  Freight services are used for larger product deliveries.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

     

     

    Delivery Times
    Personalized Products/Stationery

    You will receive a free proof on the personalized stationery products via e-mail within a couple days of your order.  You will need to approve your proof before your order ships.  If there is a mistake on your proof, just let us know and we are happy to make the adjustments free of charge.  We want to make sure you are happy with your order and everything is correct!  *We do not accept returns on personalized products unless it is our error and we make a mistake after you approve your proof.

     

    Due to the custom nature of our personalized products and stationery, from the time you place your order, average turn-around time is 5-7 days plus shipping time.  During our busy seasons, turn-around time may vary.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at orders@shophollydays.com.

     

     

    Other Products
    Delivery times for our products from other vendors vary as some come directly from our other suppliers.  If you have questions about the availability of an item before placing your order, please contact us at admin@shophollydays.com.  Also, If you order several items at the same time, they may not be delivered in the same box or at the same time. 

     

     

    Backorders

    If you place an order and a product is on backorder, you will receive a notification e-mail with an estimated shipping date and you will have the option to change or cancel your order.  Remember, these are estimated dates and cannot be guaranteed.  Please feel free to contact us at anytime with questions regarding the estimated delivery date of your merchandise.  Also, if we learn your item will take longer than the original estimated ship date, we will inform you of this via e-mail and you will then have another opportunity to cancel/change your order.
