    Returns/Exchanges

     

    We will accept returns on most unused items (see exceptions below) in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.  You must receive an authorization number BEFORE you return your merchandise.  E-mail us at admin@shophollydays.com to receive an authorization number. 

    In the e-mail include the following:

    1. name
    2. 
    address
    3. phone number
    4. item you would like to return
    5. reason for the return or exchange

    After you receive the authorization code, include it in and on the outside of the package when you return your merchandise.  When we receive the item, you will receive a credit in the amount paid for the item.  Do not return anything without receiving an authorization number as some returns must be shipped to our other vendors.  After we receive your returned merchandise, we will either issue a refund or ship the replacement item you have selected in exchange.  Items returned after 30 days of purchase will receive store credit.  We encourage you to insure your return pacakage as we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. 

     

    After receiving return authorization code, ship returns to:
    (unless products are to be returned directly to manufacturer.  You will be notified of this when you receive your authorization code.)

    Shipping charges are not refundable.  It is the customer’s responsibility.  We encourage you to insure to protect against loss or damage- if we don’t receive the merchandise, we cannot return/exchange it.


    If we receive a return that shows signs of wear or use, your returned merchandise will be refused and will be sent back to you at your expense.  

    Some merchandise subject to 15-25% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

    • personalized items

    • custom-designed products

    • nursing gowns

    • discontinued products

    • items that were drop-shipped to you

    • discounted/sale items

     

    HollyDays Christmas Returns

    If an item was purchased between November 1 and December 25, the item can be returned up until January 31 of the following year.  All other return policies still apply.  Personalized items and stationery products cannot be returned/exchanged.

     

    Warranty Information

    HollyDays upholds the warranties offered by the vendors/manufacturers of our furnishings.  If you have any questions regarding warranty information on specific furnishings, please contact us at admin@shophollydays.com

     


    Please inspect your furniture items for damage from shipping and contact us immediately if you notice any damage.  Claims must be made within …… days.
