We will accept returns on most unused items (see exceptions below) in
their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of
purchase. You must receive an authorization number BEFORE you return your
merchandise. E-mail us at admin@shophollydays.com to receive
an authorization number.
After
receiving return authorization code, ship returns to: HollyDays Some merchandise subject to 15-25% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
Items not eligible for return: (Some exceptions apply. Please contact us with any questions)

Returns If an item was purchased between November 1 and December 25, the item can be returned up until January 31 of the following year. All other return policies still apply. Personalized items and stationery products cannot be returned/exchanged.
