Friday marks the year anniversary of the tragic tornadoes that took the lives of 248* people here in Alabama.
If you purchased a Tornado Relief T-shirt from us last year, we encourage you to wear it this Friday, April 27, as we remember those who were affected. If you don’t have one, you can still order them here and they will ship immediately. Send in your photo(s) of you (or your children) wearing the shirts on Friday so we can share them on Facebook. You can email your pictures to us or you can post them on our Facebook page. For every photo we receive, we’ll donate $5 to the Alabama chapter of the American Red Cross**.

Willing to Lead
Hello Everyone! We got back Sunday night from a leadership seminar we do every year in May. It’s called Hugh O’ Brian Youth Leadership. It was started by actor Hugh O’Brian. In the 1950′s, he played the starring role of Wyatt Earp in the Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp. HOBY is held every year in each state in the U.S. and around the world. We volunteer at the Alabama site. Up to three high school sophomores from each high school in Alabama can attend as ambassadors for their schools. With almost 300 students, Alabama has the largest HOBY site in the world. We had so much fun and we hope the ambassadors learned a lot about being a leader in their schools, community and world.
I had the chance to do the cover design for the program book and the
back of the t-shirt for the staff who are under 21 years of age.

If you know of an incoming high school sophomore, please let them know about HOBY and send them to the Alabama HOBY website or contact us for more information about the program. We would love to have your child attend next year! It will change their life. It changed mine.

A Good Secret and a Winner!
We know a good secret when we hear one! Last week we got an email from one of our customers asking about a Big Brother shirt. Oh boy, were we excited! She is expecting and to make the announcement she had us make her little boy a big brother shirt! We love it when we get to make personalized items for moms who are using our products as a way to reveal a pregnancy or keeping the baby’s name a secret until the baby is born! Usually we are making a hospital door sign for the mom or other personalized items, but we haven’t had the chance to do a big brother shirt yet… so here is how it turned out:

Bunny Shirts on Sale
We have some bunny shirts left from our recent shows and we’re putting them on SALE so we don’t have to keep them around here! The normal price is $15 or $16, but we’ve put the ones we have left on sale for only $12 or $13. Sizes up to 18 m are $12 and sizes 2 & up are $13.
The shirts have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk. They do tend to run a little small. We have girls sizes 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 4, 6 and boy sizes 3-6m, 6-12m, 2, 4, 6 available.
To purchase a shirt, send us an email or comment on this post and we’ll contact you. We don’t have them listed on our website at this time.
