DIY Halloween Treat Tags & Bags

I cannot believe how quickly this month is passing by! October always seems to fly by with us prepping for the holidays, but this year I just don’t know where the month has gone. If it is passing by as quickly for you, you may not have thought about those Halloween treat bags for the kiddos at school, so we wanted to give you some inspiration. If you missed Jen’s creative “Trick” or “Treat” ideas earlier this month, go here and you can see them.
Our treat tags and stickers are on our website and you can add them to a variety of items to add a personalized touch. These photos are from our display at Fireflies & Fairytales in Birmingham, AL. These items are available to purchase in the store and will be available through Halloween.
Here, Jen personalized one of the stripey lime green bags with one of our cute stickers and she stamped the name on the sticker.
These lollipops were purchased at a dollar store and Jen added the cute stickers & tags.
I love this one…
Punch a hole in the top and bottom of a tag and tie twine through to wrap around the bag.
Hope these ideas get you thinking about a spooky cute treat this Halloween!

A good way to recycle the jars (especially since she has a friend who saved them up for her.)
She added our cute coordinating stickers and stripey straws and they were oh so cute!

{pretty white flowers in mason jars}
{Cupcakes with our cupcake wrappers & toppers}
{Cute entrance to the party}
I couldn’t resist showing this super cute sign.
She had several posted around to show guests where to park
and direct them to the party in the backyard.
{The birthday girl in of course, cowboy boots!
They were actually her daddy’s boots when he was her age… how sweet!}

Adorable cupcake cake! By Edgars Bakery
Is this not the sweetest cake?! It is Ellasyn Claire’s smash cake in the shape of a cupcake!
Lynsey used our stickers on bright card stock ruffle circles
and tied them with ribbons around the candy jars.
See our stickers on the cups! I love the muti-colored cup stack!
Here are the cute party favors.
Thank you Ellasyn Claire for sharing pictures from your sweet first birthday party!
Hope you enjoyed the pictures! The party was so adorable!
Pink, Pink, Pink Party
We have another pink birthday party to share! A good friend of mine, Lacey, has a little girl just 5 weeks older than my little one. We planned the birthday parties for our girls to have the same theme/color scheme so we could share some decorations = saving $$$$! so you may recognize some of the decor from my little girl’s pink cupcake birthday party.
Here’s the invitation I created with Lacey’s help/suggestions:
Ava Greer celebrated her 1st birthday in the girliest way…PINK, PINK, PINK!
Lacey really enjoyed every minute of planning and preparing for Ava Greer’s 1st Birthday party. Friends and family celebrated with them at their house on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The weather was beautiful and windy. Their home was decorated with pink inside and out. She used HollyDays pink polka dot balloons, made two birthday banners, used pink buckets to hold water bottles and individually wrapped forks and napkins and used all shades of pink to cover the tables. There was a pink fondant cake, pink cupcakes, pink mini cupcakes, pink M&M’s, pink chocolate covered Oreo balls on sticks, pink marshmallows on sticks, pink cotton candy, pink chocolate covered strawberries and pretzel sticks dipped in none other than pink chocolate. She also served pink lemonade and water.
This is a snapshot of the tent outside.

Lacey made a pink 2 tiered fondant cake for the guests and a smash cake for Ava Greer.
She definitely enjoyed it…
Ava Greer’s mommy made her a party hat that is shown sitting on the table because Ava Greer wouldn’t keep it on her head. Oh well! It was super cute anyway!
Lacey used the personalized stickers we made to make cupcake toppers, cute cups and party favors; cupcakes in a jar.
We also made some water bottle wrappers, too!
… and a matching plate!
Lacey displayed the plate in the foyer of her home during the party.
What a fun party! Thank you for sharing the photos with us!
Hope you have a wonderful day today!

Toadily Fun Party Part 2
Anna has been so kind to share more pictures of her little boy’s 1st birthday frog party. This is a super long post because of all the photos, but well worth it! These photos were taken by Bonnie with Blink Photography in Birmingham, AL. The photos are great and these photos give you an idea of what the party experience was from the time you arrived at the party! Hop on in!
Walking up to their front door. Welcome to Froggy Bottom! This is sure to be a fun party!
The guests are arriving.
This is the welcome sign on the front door.
Table in the Foyer. Look at the cute frames and photos!
Mommy Anna is serving some punch at the food table.
All of the food had a cute, creative frog theme name!
And of course… the frog food! Goldfish!
The frog cake…
and frog cupcakes…
and beautiful fondant cake…
Anna used some of the regular stickers we made to put on waterbottles. She bought a large quantity and used them also for the party favors.
We also have waterproof stickers available and are looking into waterproof labels to wrap around the bottles.

Even Jamison got to sit on his own lilipad!
Adorable matching birthday hat and bib
The Birthday Boy, Jamison!
Jamison’s cake

It looks like everyone had so much fun! Thank you so much for sharing these great pictures with us, Anna! Have you ordered party supplies and/or invitations from us? We would love to see your party photos!

1st Birthday Party {Part 2}
Here are more of my favorite pictures from my daughter’s pink cupcake 1st Birthday Party.
Fondant cake and cupcake stand. With the help of my friend, Lacey, I was able to do my very 1st fondant cake (so don’t look too close!).
White chocolate (dyed pink) cupcakes on a stick
Pink marshmallows
This is the view from the back of the food table. We had the party at 11:30, so we served lunch in addition to all the goodies. Chic-Fil-A chicken nuggets, sandwiches we made with some good stuff from Newk’s Cafe (chicken salad, pimento and Newk’s Q… yummy!) and fruit skewers made by my friends, Lacey and Tara. Fruit dip… pink of course!
Birthday banner on the fireplace mantle along with the framed invitation and a cupcake in a cupcake stand.
We served Strawberry Lemonade and Cherry Limeade.
{Waterbottle labels that matched the party decor.}
I made these sugar cookies with royal icing. Turned out ok, but took a LONG time. Now I know why people who make these charge $2-$3 and up for these babies!
The party favors were strawberry or vanilla “cupcakes in a jar” for the guests to take home.
That’s enough for now! I still have a few more I want to show you, so those will come next. Sorry to overwhelm you with so many photos. At least I haven’t shown you the other 600!
Our New Friend Gussy
We had the pleasure to do some business with someone in Minnesota recently. We don’t have many northern clients yet, so it was nice to meet and do business with our very first Minnesota customer! We made the stickers she puts on her products. Today, she is doing a HollyDays giveaway on her blog! Stop by and visit her site. She has some very cool items in her shop. We received something from her just last week. We’ll tell you all about it very soon, but in the meantime, stop by and visit her shop yourself!

{Stickers we made for Gussy products}
I took the chance to get out and go shop at the Kids Market and Mom in Birmingham, AL, this morning and after shopping for about an hour and a half with my 11-month-old, we decided it was time to go… only to find an hour wait to check out! It was worth it, though! Today is the opening day for the public, so it was super busy. We got some great bargains and a jogging stroller!!! We’ll be getting in shape this summer! It looks like this one, only a little dirtier so we have to do some major cleaning before we go for our first jog or walk… we’ll start with walking and see how that goes! The front wheel turns, so I am very excited about that! We’ve been told you have to get one that has the option of the rotating front wheel.

I can’t wait to use it! Now, if only I can find someone to push me around in it!
Hope you are having a great day!
